1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the rules for accessing and using the website serveurliste.com (hereinafter "the Website"), jointly published by Dixept, Linedev and WebXplore (hereinafter "the Publishers").

By accessing the Website or using its services, the user accepts these Terms without reservation. If the user does not accept these conditions, they are invited not to use the Website.

2. Description of the service

ServeurListe is an online directory allowing video game server administrators to list their servers and players to search, view and vote for them. The Website offers in particular:

Server listing in a ranking organized by game and category
A voting system allowing players to support their favourite servers
Descriptive pages for each listed server
A premium subscription offering additional visibility features (detailed in the Terms of Sale)

3. Access to the Website

Access to the Website is free and open to any user with an Internet connection. Certain features (adding a server, voting, managing a listing) may require the creation of a user account.

The Publishers reserve the right to suspend or interrupt access to the Website, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without prior notice or compensation.

4. Registration and user account

Users who create an account agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account.

In the event of unauthorized use of their account, the user must inform the Publishers without delay at contact@serveurliste.com.

The Publishers reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

5. Server listing

Administrators who list a server on the Website agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their server (name, IP address, description, associated game)
Not list a server for which they are not the administrator or authorized manager
Not use any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, violent content or content infringing the rights of third parties in their server description
Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties

The Publishers reserve the right to remove any server listing that does not comply with these commitments, without prior notice or compensation.

6. Voting system

The Website provides a voting system allowing players to support the servers of their choice. Each user agrees to:

Not use automated systems (bots, scripts) to manipulate votes
Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of voting more than once
Not encourage fraudulent voting by any means

Any fraudulent behaviour will result in the removal of the votes concerned and may lead to the suspension of the user account and/or the server involved.

7. User-generated content

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Website (server descriptions, comments, images). The Publishers do not exercise prior editorial control over this content.

The Publishers nevertheless reserve the right to moderate, modify or delete any content that is contrary to applicable laws, these Terms or public order.

Any user may report content they consider unlawful or inappropriate by contacting the Publishers at contact@serveurliste.com.

8. User obligations

The user agrees to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:

Disrupt the operation of the Website or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems or data of the Website
Collect personal data of other users
Use the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order

9. Limitation of liability

The Publishers endeavour to provide a reliable and accessible service. However, they cannot guarantee:

The permanent and uninterrupted availability of the Website
The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided by users
The operation, quality or availability of game servers listed on the Website

The Publishers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, nor for content published by users.

10. Hyperlinks

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, in particular to the game servers listed. The Publishers exercise no control over these websites and disclaim any responsibility for their content, availability or practices.

11. Amendments to the Terms

The Publishers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after amendment of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
